Description of the accommodation:

A3 Accommodation consisting of a large bedroom with a double bed and a French bed, the kitchen area is furnished with sink, oven, induction hob and fridge with icebox, plus a comfortable table with chairs for lunches of guests. These rooms are presented comfortable and silent and are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Each room is served by wi fi.


A4 Accommodation consisting of two double bedrooms and a common area with kitchen. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a private bathroom.
In the common area there is the kitchen furnished with sink, oven, an induction hob and two refrigerators with iceboxes. Also a comfortable table with chairs for guests' lunches. Each room is served by wi fi. These environments are presented comfortable and quiet and are equipped with air conditioning and heating.

This property is located a few meters from the terminus of the subway MA Anagnina stop, which connects the area to the city center and other metropolitan routes. Taking the Metro MA you can get to the station Termini trains. If you go down to Ottaviano you can go to St. Peter's Basilica. If you want to go to the Vatican museums get off at the Vatican Museums stop. If you want to go to the Colosseum you go down to Termini and without going outside you continue taking line B towards Laurentina and get off at the Colosseum stop. Or from Termini take the bus or take one walk on foot along via Cavour to via dei Fori Imperiali - Colosseum or getting off at the Repubblica stop and going along Via Nazionale to piazza Venezia - Colosseum.

We are close to the bus terminal ¬¬¬- shuttle bus connected with:
• Rome Ciampino G.B.Pastine airport;
• the Bus lines that go to the Castelli Romani and other places in Lazio;
• private bus lines such as Flix bus.

The accommodations can also be reached by car from the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) which connects the city of Rome with the motorway routes throughout Italy: Rome Florence, Rome Naples, Rome Fiumicino, Rome L'Aquila, Rome Civitavecchia, Rome Milan, Rome Salerno and others.

The accommodations are located in a residential neighborhood where a few steps away you can see the Parco degli Acquedotti ... an area green where to walk or ride a bicycle.
Nearby there is a playground where children can have fun.
